School & Youth Presentation Request
Bringing Simmons 3 to your school or youth organization is more than a presentation. It is a meaningful and often emotional experience designed to create lasting impact for students.
Before You Submit Your Request
To ensure the program is delivered effectively and responsibly, please review the guidelines below before submitting your request.
Confirmed Interest & Coordination
Presentation Structure
Before submitting a request:
-
Ensure there is genuine interest in bringing Simmons 3 to your school or organization
-
Coordinate with the appropriate staff or leadership as needed
-
This form is not intended for general suggestions or “interest-only” submissions
-
Delivered as a single, unified experience whenever possible
-
Multiple sessions are limited and only considered when necessary (e.g., space limitations, large student populations, conferences, or out-of-state travel)
-
Back-to-back sessions may reduce overall program impact
Presentation Structure
-
Designed primarily for high school students
-
Middle school (7th–8th grade) may be considered
-
Not appropriate for students younger than 7th grade
-
Schools should use discretion when determining student participation, particularly for those who may have experienced recent loss or trauma, and are encouraged to provide appropriate awareness and support when needed
Audience Guidelines
Scheduling & Environment Expectations
To ensure the presentation is delivered effectively (approximately 45 minutes), we ask that scheduling and audience coordination be planned carefully:
-
The presentation should be scheduled at a time when the full audience can remain for the entire program
-
Avoid scheduling immediately before lunch or major transitions, as this often leads to restlessness and early movement
-
Large group dismissals or interruptions during the presentation should be avoided
-
While normal, minimal movement is expected, a stable and attentive environment is important for the message to be received as intended
-
Requires basic audio and visual setup
-
Presentation delivered via PowerPoint
-
We can provide a laptop or connect to your system
Technical Requirements
-
Simmons 3 programs are supported through school, organizational, or community funding when available
-
Suggested contribution ranges vary based on location, travel, and program structure
-
We encourage schools to review the Suggested Contribution Guide when planning
